5.4 IR Sensor Calibration
If the detector rejects an unusual number of bills, the sensors may need
to be calibrated. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Use the calibration card that comes with the kit to calibrate the
sensors. (Contact our technical support if you don't have your
calibration card)
2. Turn on the equipment.
3. Use the opening latch to access the interior compartment. Open the
equipment to access the interior detection channel. (Figure 1)
4. Place the calibration card inside the equipment horizontally, covering
the sensors. (Figure 2)
