Introduction
This User Guide applies to the
Configura
®
Rise and Recline chair by
Accora.
Please read carefully before setting
up and using the chair and keep in
a safe place for future reference.
These instructions include details of the
performance of the chair. If the chair
malfunctions, shows signs of damage,
excessive wear, or otherwise feel
unsuitable, please take it out of service
and contact your supplier immediately.
The Configura
®
Rise and Recline should
be regularly checked to ensure the
setup is correct and it is working as
intended for the user.
General
The Configura
®
Rise and Recline chair is a
Medical Device Class I product.
The batch number and date of manufacture
of this product should be recorded.

WARNING

use detailed in this manual.
The Configura
®
Rise and Recline chair may
only be used in an indoor environment.

Before using the chair, you must
read the instruction manual, particularly
the safety warnings and use this product
in accordance with them. Failure to follow
the warnings and instructions may result in
serious injury.

The chair is intended for interior
use only.

The chair should not be placed in
an uneven surface.

CLEANING
RECOMMENDATIONS
** The mattress cover should not be opened or taken off during cleaning.
** Laundering the mattress cover will invalidate Manufacturers Warranty.
** Using bleach as a cleaning agent will invalidate Manufacturers Warranty.
Carelessness causes fire. This product contains foam which
passes the specified test. All upholstery is cigarette resistant.

Multicare
Mattress
Wipe with mild detergent. Wash or dry-clean
using detergent up to 75
o
C. For disinfection
use sodium hypo-chlorite at no more than
1000 parts per million of active chlorine.
Do not use biological or phenolic-based
cleaners. Wash and dry completely before
storage, Some surface wrinkling may occur.
