Troubleshooting

The blue 

(12) Status LED

 will not turn on.

- On the back of the 

SonaWave HD

, please set the 

(10) Power switch (ON/OFF)

 to 

  ON. 
- Please make sure that the AC wall outlet you are using is properly working. 

There is no music, OR music is distorted / low quality.

- Make sure that both the 

SonaWave HD

 and your device are adjusted to a loud 

  enough volume level.
- Verify that all cables are plugged into the proper ports and that your device is 
  fully docked.
- Try using diff erent audio sources to make sure the speaker is functioning cor-
  rectly, and that the problem is not being caused by your audio device.
- Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music fi le 
  can aff ect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your 
  music fi le is to the quality you expect.
- Please remove your protective case before docking device to ensure a good   
  connection.

The SonaWave HD is not responding to the wireless IR remote.

- Try replacing the battery inside of the remote with a new one. You can go to 
  most electronic stores to fi nd a replacement. If you are having trouble, call the 
  retailer or manufacturer.
