Electronic lowering device / Main switch
The electronic lowering device and the main switch are the same item with two different functions.
18A Electronic lowering device
Use the electronic lowering device to let the
stairlift descend if a malfunction occurs and the
stairlift stops halfway along the rail.
•
Pull and hold the electronic lowering
device to activate the descent system.
•
Hold the electronic lowering device until
the stairlift has arrived at the parking
point.
•
Release the electronic lowering device to
stop the stairlift.
CAUTION
Do not apply force when pulling the
electronic lowering device.
Hold the electronic lowering device
until it is fully located in the motor
housing.
