Proper operation of this insert requires the exhaust and combustion air pipes to be connected to the
correct collar, on both the termination kit and the gas fireplace insert air duct. The fireplace insert air
duct exhaust is located on the right side. Install termination cap on the right side

Co-Linear Vent System
1. Carefully extend the exhaust and combustion air intake pipes to total chimney length required.
2. Slide the combustion air intake pipe over termination cap collar. Secure to termination cap with three (3) self-tapping
screws.
3. Place a bead of high temperature sealant around the inner edge at the end of the exhaust pipe and slide onto the
termination cap.
4. Secure the exhaust pipe to termination cap with the three (3) self-tapping screws. Apply additional high temperature
sealant around joint to ensure a proper seal.
5. Complete vent system installation as shown in this manual.
Remove Air Duct
Remove the air duct at the top of appliance by sliding the air duct back out of channels. Refer to the following instructions
for vent system attachment to the air duct.
