35 Technical Information
Step Procedure
Instruction: Some wiring terminals equipped
with lock catch. The pulling method is as
below:
a. Remove soft sheath for some terminals.
Hold circlip and pull out terminals.
b. Pull out holder for some terminals (holder
is not available for some wiring terminals).
Hold the connector and pull the terminal
to remove.
9. Remove evaporator assy
a. Remove screws fixing evaporator assy.
b. On back of the unit, remove screw fixing
the connection pipe clamp, then remove
the connection pipe clamp.
c. Remove left side of evaporator from the
groove of bottom case and then remove
right side from the clasp of the bottom
case.
d. Adjust the position of connection pipe on
evaporator slightly, then lift evaporator
upward to remove it.

First remove the left side of the evaporator
from the groove of bottom case and then
remove the right side from the clasp on
the bottom case.
Instruction: Some wiring terminal of this
product is with lock catch and other devices.
The pulling method is as below:

then remove the connection pipe clamp.
