DOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY
1.
Orientate the
PPC
sheet as
shown.
2.
Attach the top and bottom
channels using the SNAP-TiTE
method.
Make sure you have the shorter,
15 mm side of the channel to the
outside of the sheeting
3.
Attach the left and right
channels.
Make sure you have the
longer
,
20 mm side of the channel to the
outside.
Insert the 20 mm side of the
channel in the top and bottom
channels, on top of the sheet
and let the bottom side go
under.
4. Next, using the channel holes
as templates drill into the sheet
beneath with the supplied 3mm
drill bit.
Next use six self tapping screws
FAST001 per side - 10 screws
