INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION

2. Move the brackets toward the centre of
the board. Place the board on the bathtub,
being sure that the board rests securely
on both sides of the tub without excessive
overhang (

has an edge wide enough to support the

3. Move the brackets toward the sides of
the bathtub until they are snug against the
sides.
4. Tighten the wing nuts securely.
5. Repeat the fitting procedure each time the
bath board is placed on the bathtub.
6. The bath board can be used with a bath
seat that enables the user to sit lower in the
bathtub.
CARE AND CLEANING
The board can be cleaned with a household
disinfectant or mild detergent and water.
CAUTIONS
• The bath board is not to be used to
support more than 127 kg / 280 lb. / 20 st.
• Both ends of the bath board must be
supported securely by the sides of the
bathtub.
• Avoid excessive overhang, which may
result in tipping of the bath board (C).
• Be sure the bath board is securely in
place and the brackets are snug against
the sides of the tub before putting weight
on the board.
• Use of a slip-resistant bath mat is strongly
recommended.
• Cover the bath board with a towel to help
reduce slipperiness.

INSTALLATIEVOORSCHRIFTEN
1. Draai voor het eerste gebruik de

2. Schuif de beugels naar het midden van de
plank. Leg de plank over het bad, waarbij u
erop let dat beide zijden van de plank stevig
op de zijranden van het bad rusten zonder
echter te ver over de rand te hangen (

). Controleer of de rand van het bad breed
genoeg is om de uiteinden van de plank te
ondersteunen.
3. Schuif de beugels naar de zijkanten van het
bad totdat ze tegen de zijwanden zitten.
4. Draai de vleugelmoeren stevig vast.
5. Stel de badplank telkens af wanneer deze
op het bad wordt geplaatst.
6. De badplank is geschikt voor gebruik met
een badzit waarmee de gebruiker dieper in
de badkuip kan zitten.
ONDERHOUD EN REINIGEN
De plank kan worden gereinigd met een
huishoudelijk desinfecterend middel of een mild
reinigingsmiddel en water.
VOORZORGEN
• De badplank is niet geschikt voor gebruik
door personen die meer dan 127 kg
wegen.
• Beide uiteinden van de badplank moeten
stevig door de zijwanden van het bad
worden ondersteund.
• Zorg dat de plank niet overmatig uitsteekt
want hierdoor zou de badplank omhoog
kunnen kantelen (C).
• Controleer of de badplank stevig is
aangebracht met de beugels tegen de
badwanden voordat er gewicht op wordt
geplaatst.
• Gebruik van een antislip-badmat wordt
ten zeerste aanbevolen.
• Leg een handdoek over de plank om het
oppervlak minder glad te maken.
