2.1 Specific safety instructions
• This device may be used only for commercial purposes in an industrial environment. The manufacturer does not accept
liability for damage that has been caused through use of the equipment in the home.
• Protect the device from rain and sun.
• Do not lift the device up over people and/or objects.
• Park the trolley on a clean, flat surface to prevent tipping.
2.1.1 Handling gas cylinders
• Inert gas cylinders contain pressurized gas and can explode if the minimum safety requirements for transport, storage
and use are not met.
• Gas cylinders must be secured in the apparatus intended for this purpose so that they do not fall over or damage
other objects.
• The diameter of the gas cylinders used must not exceed 250 mm.
• Ensure that the protective cap is screwed on tightly to protect the valve during transport, commissioning and at the end of
each welding procedure.
• Do not expose gas cylinders to direct sunlight, sudden changes in temperature or temperatures that are too high or
too low.
• Gas cylinders may not come in contact with open flames, electrical arcs, torches or welding guns, and may not come in
contact with burning particles that are spattered during welding.
• As a rule, keep gas cylinders away from welding and electrical circuits.
• When opening the valve, keep the head away from the gas outlet opening.
• Always close the gas cylinder's valve when welding is complete.
• Never perform welding tasks on a pressurized gas cylinder.
