18 0–6 Function (port 1) no. Settings other than offsets 4 to 17 are specified here. There
are 4 setting ports, so up to 4 settings can be changed at
the same time.
Specifies the setting element by function number. When set
to 0, there is no data. Settings from 1 to 99 specify the
internal function with the same function number.


Indicates the setting value of the element specified by the
function number of the function setting value. For ON/OFF
settings, 1 is ON and 0 is OFF.
When the display change of the function is set to 1 and a
function that supports display change is selected, the value
after the display change becomes the function setting of the
input data. However, the setting method (value range) of the
function setting value of the output data is not changed from
the method before the display change. Functions 60 to 65
support a display change.

