Recommended measurements
The coolant should be changed when the following values are exceeded:

Calibrating the EC Tester
To ensure that the EC Tester measures reliably and accurately, it should be calibrated weekly at minimum.
Rinse the surface of the EC Tester used to take measurements with water and dry it before each calibration.
Use new, clean calibration solution for each calibration.

Fill a clean, dry container with the supplied calibration solution (fill level min. 5 cm).

Remove the EC Tester's protective cap.

until the “CAL” icon on the display
flashes and “µS/cm 1413 USE” is
displayed.

Submerge the EC Tester in the calibration solution up to the recommended immersion depth
.

Wait until “REC” appears on the display

Wait until “Stor” appears on the display
The calibration is saved and the EC Tester returns to normal measurement mode.

• You must always use calibration solution 1413 µS/cm when calibrating.
• It is not possible to calibrate the device using coolant.
