Air-blast and injection unit 11 Dismounting
11 Dismounting
Dismounting may only be carried out by specialised personnel. Please make
sure that the shutdown procedures are strictly observed before the dismounting
is started. Make sure to include also the components integrated into the
welding system.
12 Disposal
For disposal, observe the local regulations, laws, provisions, standards and
guidelines. For the product to be properly disposed of, it first must be
dismounted.


12.1 Materials
This product is mainly made of metallic materials which can be melted in steel
and iron works and are, thus, almost infinitely recyclable. The plastic materials
used are marked in preparation for sorting and separation of the materials for
later recycling.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
