CUT 1 Identification
1 Identification
The manual and machine cutting torches from the ABIPLAS
®
CUT series are
intended exclusively for plasma cutting and gouging with compressed air as
the plasma and cooling gas for industrial and commercial use. They consist of
the torch body with equipment parts and wear parts, handle and cable
assembly with direct connector or central connector. They conform to
EN 60 974-7 and are not considered devices having their own functions. For
operation, a cutting power source is required.

original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.

according to the EC Directives:

Alexander BINZEL Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co. KG,
hereby declare that, on the basis of its design and construction and in the
present version, the product described in these operating instructions complies
with the basic safety and health requirements of the EC directive. Any
modification not agreed with us will void this declaration.

1.2 Responsibilities of the User
Within the EEA (European Economic Area), the current version of the national
implementation of the Framework Directive (89/391/EEC) and the related
individual directives and, of these, especially Directive (89/655/EEC)
concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work
equipment by workers at work must be adhered to. In Germany, the Labor
Protection Law and the Company Safety Ordinance must be heeded. In
addition, the operator must ensure that the welding torch and welding unit
comply with the EC EMC Directive (04/108/EC) and that the signal utilization
of the integrated welding current monitoring against stray currents is installed
properly.
