Input plug
The UPS AC input terminal has a replaceable cartridge fuse. A backup fuse is included in the appliance
inlet. This can be damaged by an internal UPS fault or an external load absorbing excessive current.
NOTE
IF THE FUSE APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES BELOW TO REPLACE IT .

RISK OF FIRE: REPLACE ONLY WITH THE SAME TYPE OF FUSE .
THE CIRCUIT MAY HAVE A DEFECT CAUSING THE TRIPPING OF THE FUSE: REPLACEMENT MUST BE
CARRIED OUT WITH THE UPS COMPLETELY SWITCHED OFF . DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE UPS .
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE FUSE UNLESS THE UPS IS COMPLETELY
SWITCHED OFF .

Step 1: Shut down the UPS and disconnect any input and output power cord.
Step 2: Remove the fuse cover on the rear panel.
Step 3: Replace the original fuse "1" with the backup fuse "2" provided.
