4. Make sure that sensor data is sent to the Cloud
If the connection to the Internet/Cloud operates properly, the event log shows “ Sensor
data uploaded ”, otherwise the message is “ Uploading sensor data failed ”.
The unsent measurements, in the form of *.xml files, are stored on the SD card, in the
report / sensors / directory. When the connection to the Internet is established or
recovered, the files are uploaded to the Cloud and deleted from the SD card.
Verifying that NETA-21 communicates with Ability Cloud
and the Portal
To verify that the NETA-21 communicates with Ability cloud and the CMD portal
successfully:
1. After you install the IPS package, make sure that the Portal status display is visible in
the NETA-21 Home page ( My front page ).
Refresh the entire web page to update the status of the portal status display. When all
portal status checks are successful, the set up communicates successfully with the
portal.
