3. Commissioning
Only trained specialist personnel may carry out start-up of the operating unit / actuator combination
JSD-TD25P-xxxxxx.
3.1. Functional test
In case of first commissioning after installation, a functional test based on the application case must be
carried out in accordance with current guidelines for the application and their harmonized standards.
Note on functional test according to DIN EN ISO 13851:2019
This functional test is then carried out if the control unit / actuator combination JSD TD25P-
xxxxxx/JSTD25P-1 is operated as two-hand control unit in accordance with DIN EN ISO
13851:2019.
The activation of the safety outputs on the evaluation unit assumes the simultaneity of four input
signals of the two-hand control unit.
In order to set these signals, you must press in all four buttons on the Safeballs actuator within
0.5 sec.
The following table shows the switching of the safety outputs, depending on the inputs.
