Phase Fire & Gas Rectifier Breakers w/Input AC
Surge Protection
The Integritas Floor Charger is equipped with three (3), 20Amp, 1P AC input distribution breakers (CB1 –
CB3) to
provide additional protection and on/off functionality to the Fire & Gas side rectifiers. Each breaker protects one
rectifier module. The breakers are factory wired.
This panel includes a Class 2 AC surge protection device. The 3
-
phase SPD module is field replaceable. The module
is monitored for health through your System controller. See Spares for additional information.

Out the AC source before making AC connections. Follow all local and
national wiring rules.
Replacing SPD Modules
1.
To replace an SPD module, verify all AC breakers are off—external AC feed breakers and Cabinet AC breakers.

Remove AC Panel front cover—

socket.

Firmly grasp the module and pull out from the individual module assembly with constant force. Replace the module by
pressing the module firmly into the DIN Rail module carrier.

socket. Restart the plant by engaging any external AC breakers, the plant
main AC breaker and the individual rectifier (charger) breakers.
