3.3.5 Make the electrical connection
• Remove approximately 6 mm of the cable insulation.
• To connect the signal lines, the shutdown module, the proximity switches or the
microswitches insert the wire ends from the left into the appropriate screw terminals
and hand-tighten the screws (access from above). To connect a plug-in module insert
the wire ends from the top into the corresponding screw terminals and hand-tighten
the screws (access from the side).
