Connection procedure
WARNING
Do not attempt to connect the modules to the drive in any way other than the method
shown in this document. If you do, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur.
Refer to the applicable user’s manuals for information on how to install the safety modules.
To connect the FPTC-01/02 and FSPS-21 modules to the ACS880 drive, strictly obey the wiring diagram
in Figure 1.

The FSPS-21 module is delivered with an STO cable (Figure 2):

Four color-coded wires (red, black, yellow and white)
•
Protective sleeve
•
Yellow drive-side STO connector plug
•
Black FSPS-21 STO connector plug
