3 Installation
3.1 Siting
3.2 Sensor dimensions
IMPORTANT (NOTE)
— The sensor is supplied with a protective cover on the
end cap. The cover must be removed before the
sensor can be operational.
— When installing the sensor, ensure that the front
face of the sensor is submerged to at least 30 cm
(11.81 in.) and the sensor is at least 5 cm (1.96 in.)
away from any surface in all directions.
— When using extension cables, protect the
connections using heat shrink (for example,
HISA-18/6-PEX-CL or equivalent).
