9.1 Recycling the vacuum
cleaner

Make the old cleaner unusable
immediately.
1. Unplug the cleaner and cut
the power cord.
The cleaner contains valuable
materials that should be re-
cycled. Therefore, make use of
your local waste disposal site.
Contact your nearest dealer for
further information.
9.3 Limitation of liability
Except as provided above, Abatement
Technologies shall not be liable for any
loss or damage, whether direct,
indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential, arising out of the sale,
use, or misuse of AT products or the
user's inability to use such products.
The remedies set forth herein are
exclusive.

9.2 Limited Warranty
The HEPA-AIRE V8000WD MK-2 wet/
dry vacuum is warranted by Abatement
Technologies (AT) to the original user
against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year
from the date of purchase. Our only
obligation shall be, at our option, to
repair or replace the defective
component(s) or make a suitable
adjustment for such defect(s) upon
timely notification thereof, provided
the system has been used, handled,
and maintained in accordance with
these Operating Instructions. We
make this warranty to the
commercial user in lieu of warranties
of merchantability, fitness for
particular purpose, and all other
warranties, expressed or implied
