Added features:
- Some things are configurable now, see the shoutcast.config file to
see how this works.
- Stopping the TV station can now be stopped at starting the plugin
or when really starting the stream. This can be controlled from the
config file.
- One can now choose to have a background picture, this can be
controlled from the config file. Both picture and on/off
- The current playing song is shown on the front display.
This data is coming from the server, so it may sometimes even
show some ads.
- A very simple screensaver is available, can be turned on or
off from the config file

Added features:
- bookmarking is now supported, press blue button to go into bookmark list
to go back to normal list press blue again (always returns to genre listing).
The functions of the keys are printed in the bottom of the plugin window.
A lot of thanks to Pacco for implementing this.
Changes:
- Swapped the pg up and down keys to make things logical.
Bug Fixes:
- Detection of unsupported stream (AAC and redirect) is fixed.
Known Issues:
- Sometimes after playing a stream during a long time (over an hour) the plugin stop
responding to the volume keys, and sometimes even to the menu key.
- There are still some panics during browsin
