10. Intensity Selection

a.

Please note that if the belt is not being worn when setting the intensity, the maximum level setting is set to 1 as a default and an

alarm beep (high pitch) will sound. This simply indicates that conductivity has not been achieved.

There are 10 intensity levels per channel. These are known as front and back channels. These channels are the left and right displays

on your microprocessor.

Push the + and – buttons for each channel to increase or decrease the desired intensity level. Level 1 is the first intensity level you can

feel. The pre-set value is 0 after having chosen the desired mode in the mode setting. You will notice a tingling sensation prior to the

muscle contracting. Once the muscle is contracting, you will feel pleasant and relaxed. Adjust the intensity level according to your

comfort level.

The intensity selection has 10 levels per channel. With every push of the + and – buttons, you will increase or decrease the intensity by

one level. You can also set different intensity levels for the front and back channels (left and right displays of your microprocessor), so

you can adjust these individual levels to suit your comfort.

11. Timer Setting

The default time is 10 minutes. Press the + and – buttons to increase or decrease exercise time. Maximum time is 45 minutes and

the minimum is 10 minutes. Please note that the increments or decrements are pre-set to increase or decrease the time selected in

intervals of 5 minutes. To switch the unit off, press and hold the ON/OFF button for three seconds.

12. Target Area

You can set the unit to record different training areas as follows:

A.

Records training session for abdominal area (default setting)

B.

 Records training session for arms
