Key Press sequence to run a cycle:
If Cycle #1 is the desired operation, press “Select”, if not, use arrow keys to
select a different cycle. Once select is selected, the system performs the current
OP menu option displayed. See
Section 3.0 The Cleaning Process
for cycle
operation details.
When the cycle completes, the OP displays:
Cycle is complete
Press Clear to Cont.
Note:
Top display also shows the total cycle time.
When the function completes, the OP returns to the Menu Mode. Press “Select”
to perform the same function or choose other functions by pressing the arrow or
clear keys. Refer to
Section 4.1 Using the Operator Interface
for description of
these keys.
5.2.2 VIEW SYSTEM SETTINGS
There are a number of system settings that can be viewed. This menu allows the
user to look at these settings without a password, but does not allow changes to
the settings.
5.2.3 VIEW CYCLE SETUP
Use View Cycle Setup to view the various parameters of the cleaning cycle.
Follow the instructions on OP.
5.2.4 VIEW IAC SATURATION
View IAC Saturation allows the operator to view the saturation level indicated by
the IAC saturation timer. The IAC saturation timer indicates when the resins
are becoming saturated with contaminants, which reduces the cleaning
efficiency. This timer is set to 15 minutes. If the cleanup time takes more than
15 minutes, a message displays indicating such and the cleaning cycle halts.
