Using the You Have a New Call dialog box

The toolbar on this dialog box allows you to manage your
telephone calls. Each toolbar button applies to the call
displayed in the dialog box. To perform an action, click on
its corresponding toolbar button.

To view this dialog box after you have closed it:

Right-click on the icon of the call you want to see the
dialog box for.

Click on the

Monitor

menu item.
