Using the template copy method

Use this method when you want to create a new contact
that is similar to an existing contact. All of the contact
information except the contact name is copied to the new
contact.

For example, you could quickly make Directory entries for
five people who work at the same company. Their
business addresses would all be the same; only the names
would change.
