Conferencing Calls
Conferencing in a third party

While on the line with a caller, press the
Conference
key

Dial the phone number or extension of the party you wish to conference

When the third party answers, press the
Conference
key again. You are now connected on a

3-way conference call.
Joining Two Callers
"
While on the line with one caller (line 1), if you receive a second call, place the first call on hold
"
and answer the second line.

Line 1

key again and
Line 2

again to connect the two lines.
Dropping a caller

While on the conference call, the caller ID will show in the display

Press the
Up-Down Arrow
key to highlight the caller you wish to drop

key. Your other party is still on the line.

Forwarding Calls
To activate

Press the
Call Forward
Key and the phone number to which you wish to forward calls

Press
Dial

Always test that your calls are forwarding correctly
To deactivate

Personal Speed Dial

Voicemail
The indicator light will illuminate when there is a message in the voicemail box. Messages can be
retrieved by dialing

Rebooting the Phone
Occasionally, the phone may need to be rebooted to clear an error. This can be done one of two
ways:
Press the

Restart
