" field, enter a label for the softkey.

" field, enter a value to associate with the softkey or programmable key. For example, for

a speeddial value, you can enter *1.

For the 480i/480i CT and 9133i, in the "

Line

" field, select the line for which you want to associate the

softkey or programmable key.

For the 480i/480i CT, all operational states are enabled by default. The operational states display to
the IP phone when a softkey is used. To disable an operational state, click the "

Idle

", "

Connected

",

"

Incoming

", or "

Outgoing

" fields to uncheck the box.
