The water bottle is designed to withstand pressures up to double the
working pressure of the carbonator. However, this ability is quickly
destroyed if the bottle is exposed to heat above 40 degrees Celsius. Most
dishwashers operate at very high temperatures so therefore never put the
bottle in the dishwasher.
