4.4.10 Installation and commissioning
Note
: When in the process of lifting, observe all the operating parts, check the correctness of the
installation and commissioning, only when you confirm that there are no errors, you can finally
start lifting

4.4.11 After installation and commissioning, lubricate each sliding part with a lubricant
(molybdenum disulfide).
5.Control System
5.1 Control Principle

In addition to the key switch on the front control arm button box of the device, there is also an
emergency stop switch that should be turned off in an emergency to turn off the power to the
unit. But after troubleshooting, turn the button to reset it, otherwise the device still can't run.
5.2 Control issues that need attention

5.1.1 When assembling, confirm the tightness of the wiring; check if there is any potential
leakage to avoid short out.

5.1.2 When handling equipment or components, measures should be taken to avoid
disconnection, otherwise it will cause a short out.

5.1.3 The fault of the control system should be maintained by a professional technician.
Workers without knowledge of electrical services are prohibited from repairing equipment to
avoid personal injury caused by electric shock or equipment damage caused by incorrect
wiring.

5.1.4Do not expose electrical components in humid environments to avoid short out.
