Calibration Instructions

Warm up the scale for more than 5 minutes. Refer to the instruction
manual for how to disable the automatic power-off function, if necessary.
1. Calibration weight
Calibrate the scale with calibration weights equivalent to capacity.
HL-200

2. Calibration procedures
(1) Start with the scale turned off. Press the ON:OFF key while pressing
both the RE-ZERO key and UNITS key.

(2) Press the RE-ZERO key to calibrate zero.

will be displayed.
Make sure there is nothing on the weighing pan. Wait for the stable
indicator to be displayed and press the RE-ZERO key.

will be displayed in a few seconds.
(3) Place the calibration weight on the center of the weighing pan. Wait for
the stable indicator to be displayed and press the RE-ZERO key.
The display will show

(4) Remove the calibration weight and the scale will automatically return to
the weighing mode.
(5) Place the calibration weight on the center of the weighing pan again
and check the calibration has been done correctly.

If you press the UNITS key at step (2), a 4 digit number will be
displayed. Press the UNITS key again to return to
