5.8 Assembling the extraction system

Finally, assemble the provided extraction system according to the separate operating
instructions for the conveyor spiral U-TROG.

When the silo is full the extraction system should have a ground clearance of 1 to 5 cm.
Flexilo TROUGH stretch initially when being completely filled for the first time. This stretching
is considered in the production and the Flexilo TROUGH is manufactured shorter ccordingly.
When the silo is filled the extraction system rises additionally, depending on the silo size,
because the sides of the silo sack are pressed outwards during filling.

In general, the silo extraction units should NOT be bolted to the ground to enable the rising
and lowering of the silo.
First, lay all parts of the trough together and bolt them together in the right order. Mount the
assembled trough and attach it to the silo sack using clamping bars.

Hint: For an easier mounting, we recommend putting the trough on a pallet or something
similar.
