Step

Turn the chair over and place it upright on a level
surface. Attach the Backrest (P3) to Chair seat (P6) as
shown below.

Assembly is complete.
Step 2:
Attach the legs (P1) into the holes on the bottom of
chair seat (P6) through plastic washer (P2) as shown below:

4:
Attach the Left Backrest (P4) and Right Backrest
(P5) to Backrest (P3) as shown below.
Note: legs can be adjusted with
adjustable levelers
ADDITIONAL NOTE ABOUT SAFETY: BOLTS MAY LOOSEN DURING NORMAL EVERYDAY USE. THEY SHOULD BE
MONTHS AND RE-TIGHTENED AS NEEDED TO PREVENT DAMAGE OR INJURY
INSPECTED AT LEAST EVERY
