8. Slide each of the mounting brackets into the channel on the underside of the aluminium bar.

9. The off cuts of the underside rubber strip can then be cut to size and inserted into the channel

between the clamp and the end of the aluminium bar.

10. Secure the end caps onto the roof racks by tapping them over the aluminium channel end

with a soft hammer for a secure fit.

connection (B) can lead to unstable loads, causing a danger to other road users.

11. Attach the roof racks to your vehicle's roof rails. When the mounting brackets are attached to

the roof rail, tighten the grip with the supplied Allen key on all 4 mounting brackets.

13. When both roof racks are connected

correctly, secure them by fitting the lockable
cover and lock with the security keys.

REMINDER:

Remove the keys once the roof racks have been secured and store them in a safe place.

DO NOT drive with the keys left in the lock.

14. The load must be evenly distributed over the area of the carrier system (B), and the centre of

gravity of the load kept as low as possible. Narrow and heavy loads (example: metal tubes) are to be

carried near the feet of the carrier system. Loads which overhang the ends of the carrier system (C)
