1 . Please read carefully through all these instructions.
2. Adult supervision and assistance are required at all times.
3. This kit is intended for children over 8 years of age.
4 . This kit and the finished product contain small parts which m ay cause choking if misused. Keep away from
children under 3 years of age.
5. To prevent possible short circuit, never touch the contacts inside the battery case with any metal.
6. Exam ine the plastic propeller carefully before you put in on the motor spindle (step 1 1 ) . If there are any breaks
in the blades or the outer rim , do not run the motor. Contact our customer service for a replacement.
7 . Do not touch the spinning propeller w ith yourfinger or any object.
8. The toy is to be operated in water only when assembled in accordance with the instruction.
B. USE O F THE BATTERY
1. This kit requires two ‘AAA’ 1.5 volt batteries (not included).
2. For best results, always use fresh batteries.
3. Make sure you insert the batteries w ith the correct polarities.
4. Rem ove the batteries from the Bottle Catam aran when not in use.
5. Replace exhausted batteries straight away to avoid possible dam age to the Bottle C atam aran .
6. Rechargeable batteries must be removed from th e kit before recharging.
7 . Rechargeable batteries should be recharged under adult supervision.
8. Do not attem pt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
9. Do not mix old and new batteries.
1 0 . Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (N i-C d ) batteries.
1 1 . M ake sure th a t the supply term inals are not short circuited.
