5) The L-137 is an Extender.
The extender should be replaced when it
becomes warped or unable to seal against the jaw. It should only be

remove the extender from the wide-view faceshield assembly:
a. Squeeze the four yellow tabs on the extender bosses together.
b. Push the extender bosses out of the holes.
6) The L-146 is a Knob and Pivot Kit.
Replace the kit when it is damaged
or missing. To remove it:
a. Insert a flat blade screwdriver into the slot on the cam clip and pull
out the cam clip, on each side of the headgear.
b. Remove the cam/pivot from the headgear.
c. Remove the pivot post from the cam.
7) The
welding
stack
is a series of products that make up the welding
shade glass. To remove them:
a. Gently pull the wire clip toward the faceshield chin until it is out of
the two slots in the lens frame, then pivot it up out of the way.
b. Carefully remove the parts in the lens stack.
