Replace damaged components with 3M designated

Clean-Trace ATP Tests in the diagnosis of conditions in
humans or animals .

sterilization of surfaces or devices .

documented in the Clean-Trace Luminometer LX25
User Manual after each use .

Do not use the 3M Clean-Trace Luminometer LX25 with
ATP tests manufactured by companies other than 3M .

Always perform ATP Tests within temperature use range
of 15-25OC . Performing tests outside of temperature
use range can result in false negative readings .

Ensure annual recommended service and calibration of
the 3M Clean-Trace Luminometer LX25 is completed
through the 3M Service Center or 3M authorized
service personnel .

To reduce the risks associated with sharp objects and
property damage:

Dropping of or impact to the Clean-Trace
Luminometer LX25 may result in damage to the device
or introduction of particulate into sensitive areas of
the instrument .
