5.0 Finishing the Cabinet and

Mounting New Frames

5.1

Shield Bonding

a.

Install shield bond connectors and bond straps
to all cables according to your company's
practice. Attach all the straps to the cabinet's
bond plates. Two bond plates are provided
with four positions available, two front and
two rear in the corners.

b. Identify cable bonds on log labels.

5.2

Sealing the Cables in the 4297-FPE Flexible
Port Entry of the Cabinet

a.

All RH and XP Cabinets include the 4297-FPE
Flexible Port Entry.

b. Wrap each cable with one layer of Foam Tape

(included with the cabinet) and fill in any
voids between them. Leave 1/2" of space
between the top of the foam tape and top of
the port.
