G2wifi II User’s Manual

4. VoIP (ATA Board) Settings

Please skip this chapter in case the user purchases the model without FXS1/FXS2 VoIP ports.

4.1 Web-based Management of the VoIP

After connecting your PC to the LAN port on G2wifi II, then you will get an IP address of the VoIP in

the section of

LAN Computers

located at

STATUS -> DEVICE INFO

function. Or the user may dial

buttons on an analog phone connected to the FXS1/FXS2 port of G2Wifi II, then the IP

address of the VoIP will be reported automatically.

G2wifi II provides a built-in web_based VoIP server for its VoIP. You can use web browser to

configure the VoIP. Please input the IP address

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9999

(XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

stands for the IP address of the VoIP) after initiating your Internet Explorer. Please also remember to

add the port number “:9999”.
