5 Using TMA Grand Master
NOTEn
You will need CaseViewer and Slide Converter tools installed on your computer to take
advantage of ttese functons.

Re-puncting of cores is available for you (can be initated bott at tte donor and tte recipient
image) in case you need to remove anotter tssue segment from tte donor block or tte core
could not be removed for some reason from tte donor block.
Rigtt-click tte marker or tte spot on tte layout tten select

An image is taken of tte Recipient block, and displayed on tte screen. Ttis image can be
manually refrested by tte user during tte worknow.

tte Recipient block is
fnisted, tte fnal image is automatcally recorded from tte recipient block and it will be
saved into tte database.
Important!
Use a layout ttat is entrely flled to make sure ttat tte image stored in tte database is
up-to-date. If you would like to leave some cores empty for orientaton purposes, use
tte
Inactve cores
feature from tte
Layout Editor
, prior startng to fll tte cores in tte
Recipient block.
9. If puncting is completed to all tte selected donor blocks, remove tte completed donor
blocks from tte tray (as described in secton
4.4.4 Removitg a block from the mait utit
) and
insert new donor blocks in tte tray.
Important!
Because tte compartment door can be opened during tte process, make sure not to
remove a recipient block to wtict a core will be transferred from a donor block, since
only donor block operatons are monitored by tte applicaton.
If you remove a donor block ttat is fnaliized (eact selected core is transferred), and you are
replacing it witt a donor block taving a similar text on its label area and label matcting
identfes it as tte donor block you tave removed, click tte red cross icon next to tte Donor
ID feld.
