Step 5.1 Glue Cowling Parts Together

5.1.1 The Cowling 1 part is designed with removable support structures. These

supports should will pop off by hand and should be removed prior to

assembly.

5.1.2 Use qty. 4 , 3mm diameter x 10mm long dowel pins cut from scrap wood

dowels or carbon fiber rods to align Cowling 1 to Cowling 2 and glue

together. You may need to clear out the dowel pin holes with a 3mm or

1/8” drill bit.
