6. If the software finds a Donor ID that already exists in the project, the relevant datasets will be
merged together. In order to search for an ID in a specific column, the column itself can be
selected manually.
7. To export data to a new file (will be generated by the application), browse for the folder by
clicking
Browse
at the Database Path and Type section and type in a file name.
8. Select the desire file format (XLS/XLSX/ODS).
NOTE:
Open file with the appropriate software, for example, use Excel to open file in XLS or
XLSX, or OpenOffice Calc to open file in ODS format.
9. Click
Save
to create the output file, or
Cancel
to exit the window without saving.
The generated spreadsheet contains three worksheets: the first one is the
Lookup
on which there are
three columns (
Unique TMA Sample ID
, which is the position of the tissue core in the recipient block,
the
TMA Block ID
if you are using several blocks in the same project, and the
Donor Block ID
).
