TMA Grand Master 2.0 – User’s Guide
5 Using TMA Grand Master
Warning!
Make sure that:
•
You have selected a correct layout for the inserted block, so that
corresponding dimension values, both of the layout and the block, are
identical. For example, if
Custom block size
option is selected, do not choose
a layout dimension 24x37 for a block with a size of 20x18.
•
The tool inserted is of the same diameter as in the selected layout.
d) You can create
clone blocks
which means that a recipient block can be multiplied in terms of
layout and core order, therefore the software makes it available for you to group identical
blocks.
To create groups, click the
tab below the preview of the recipient blocks, then select the
desired group number that is also marked by a specific color for the easier identification.
e) To create several blocks with different layouts, repeat steps a)-c).
Important!
If loading a PCR cassette in the tray, make sure to insert the necessary amount of
cleaning blocks into recipient block positions.
5. Type in the recipient block ID below the preview image of the recipient block.
Important!
The character string of the recipient block ID cannot contain any special or accentuated
characters, nor cell identifiers used in spreadsheets, for example, A1.
6. Repeat steps 2. and 4. until you have typed in all the block IDs you want to use.
7. Click the schematic picture of the first recipient block you want to use in the project.
