To create an administrator account:

Select 

Tools > Access Control

. The Access Control dialog box appears.

Select 

Allow only specific accounts to use the application

The Add Account dialog box appears. The name of the user currently 
logged in appears in the Account Name box.

Type a new password for the administrator (1 to 80 alphanumeric 
characters, with no spaces or tabs). The password is case-sensitive.

Type the administrator password again for verification. 

5

Click 

OK

In the Access Control dialog box, click 

Finish

 to save the changes.
