Connecting to the 3Com BBS

To connect to the 3Com Bulletin Board
System, follow these steps:

1. 

Start the RapidComm program. The
software settings for the BBS are:

ANSI terminal emulation
Data Bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop Bits: 1

2. 

Put RapidComm in Terminal mode by
clicking on the Terminal button (see the
following screen image).

3. 

Type ATDS0 and press ENTER.

 

NOTE:

 

ATDS0  automatically dials

BBS.
