successfully
executed, but not
properly connected
Network may not be
connected
Check whether the network is connected
utilize a ping test on the network
You may have used the
wrong cable, or it is not
connected properly
Check whether it is a CAT 5 TPE
(Category 5 Twisted-Pair Ethernet) cable
and that use different methods for connecting
cables depending on the connection
status of the network. You may use
cross cable or direct cable
There is an error in the
network environment
Test connecting the PC and Avalon H directly, using
cross cable. If it works then start checking the
network environment.
The version of the
Remote Monitoring Program
is not the same as that of
the
system
Check the version of the remote surveillance
program and download an update at
our web site if necessary
Remote Monitoring
Program can
be executed and
the result of Ping
test is ok, but it
cannot be
connected
Conflicting with the IP
of other equipment(if
other equipment uses
the same IP)
If the result of Ping test after removing
the network cable of Avalon H is O.K,
other equipment uses the IP. Set to
another IP that is not being used
