在三包有效期内，您可以依照本规定免费享受退货、换货、维修的服
务，退货、换货、维修应当凭发票办理。
1、7日无理由退货（电商购买渠道），由用户承担物流费用；
2、本产品出现《产品性能故障表》所列性能故障的情况，经检测确定
后，可以免费享受如下服务。
1、耳机按键在手机上使用出现不兼容
1）耳机只支持插座制式为CTIA的手机；
2）耳机兼容iOS手机和安卓手机（部分安卓手机因内部软件设计问题会有按
键功能差异）；

2、耳机佩戴易掉、不稳
机配耳套可能不适合您的耳道尺寸，包装附件内有附赠不同型号的耳套，

3、耳机有杂音/异音
1）请选用高品质无损音源（文件大小>20MB/首以上），无损格式如APE、
FLAC等；
2）播放设备的底噪会让您在听音时感受到杂音/异音，尽量使用底噪小的播放
设备；
3） 本耳机为Hi-Res级设备，会清晰还原音源及播放器的异音及底噪。
4、使用第三方音乐播放软件时，部分按键功能和说明书定义不一致
手机软件与第三方软件因定义不同而导致耳机按键功能有差异，建议使用
品牌手机系统自带音乐播放器。

third party. During the warranty period, 1MORE will, at its sole option, repair or
replace the original, defective parts or issue a refund in the amount of the
original purchase price. This warranty does not include resulting from accidents,
or from improper use, maintenance, or repair, or from other causes that are not
defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Unfortunately, from time to time, 1MORE products are sold by dealers or
internet sites that are not authorized by 1MORE. In most cases, products sold

1. Some in-line remote control functions do not work with my device.
A. The headphones are compatible with iOS and Android systems, and only
support audio jacks that follow the CTIA standard.
B. Please visit the product support section under www.1more.com for more
information on compatibility.
C. Please note that some functions may be different, based on the original
software loaded on your device. If this is the case, see your device’s
instruction manual for details.
2. The in-ear headphone tips easily fall out of my ears.
The tips are probably the wrong size for your ear canals. We’ve provided
additional tips in different sizes along with the headphones. Try different
sizes until you find the best fitting tips. The goal is to achieve a
snug-fitting seal.
3. I hear abnormal noises, such as static.
A. For the best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files ( >
20 MB per song ). Lossless music formats include APE and FLAC.
B. Your device may not have proper shielding, which causes interference
and creates abnormal sounds. Try using another device that has proper
shielding.
C. The headphones are Hi-Res grade which can clearly reproduce sound
sources as well as Rub & Buzz and abnormal noise from the player.
4. While using third party music/video player apps, some in-line remote
control functions do not match those in the manual.
Your operating system and the third party music/video player apps may
have different settings for the in-line remote control functions. We
recommend that you use the music/video player apps that your device
has originally provided.
