Instructions for use with recipes
Dough preparation
Gingerbread dough
(makes 40 to 50 cookies)
Ingredients:
200 g “00” plain fl our, 70 g icing sugar, 50 g honey, 1 tsp. soda, a pinch of ground cinnamon, a pinch of ground cloves, 1 egg
Recipe:
process into a dough, leave to develop at least 2 hours in refrigerator and roll into an approx. 3 mm thick square.
Shortcake
(makes 40 to 50 cookies)
Ingredients:
250 g plain fl our, 125 g plant baking fat, 100 g icing sugar, 1 egg, 3 g baking powder, lemon peel
Recipe:
process into a dough, leave to develop at least 2 hours in refrigerator and roll into an approx. 2 mm thick square.
Cutting:
Put the cookie cutting sheet including the insert on the sheet with the plastic edge pointing upwards. Sprinkle the rolled dough with fl our, roll onto the rolling pin, carry to the cookie cutting sheet and unroll. Roll
the dough square several times until all the pieces are cut off . Lift the cutting sheet; the cut cookies will remain on the baking sheet. Remove the cleaning insert from the cookie cutting sheet and use the left over dough again.
Baking:
Bake gingerbread and shortcake cookies in the oven at 150 °C for approx. 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the type of oven.
