Introduction

The ES 120-4x10 is a split-beam transducer with 108 

piezo-ceramic elements arranged in four quadrants. The 

specifi cations below are valid when all four quadrants 

are wired in parallel. The beam pattern has an elliptic 

cross-section suited for horizontal ranging in shallow 

waters with the narrow beam in the vertical plane. The 

side lobes in the vertical plane are very low.
