Short Instruction Manual

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Congratulations on your new RMS MINI Logger. The MINI Logger has an internal data memory of
10,000 measured values and transmits these values continuously to the gateway and RMS soft-
ware by radio. These short instructions describe the main functions of the device.

INSTALLATION AND SETUP

Remove the black rubber cap and pull out the PCB board. Insert the battery by following the polar-
ization sign. After the battery is inserted, the MINI-Logger starts to work.

3.1  CONNECTION OF EXTERNAL ELEMENTS (RMS-MLOG-T10-915, RMS-MADC-915-A)

Connect the external element to the terminal. The rubber cap has a hole as lead through (to be
pierced with a sharp object).

3.2  POSITIONING OF THE MINI LOGGER / MECHANICAL INSTALLATION

Choose a representative position for the installation of the Logger. Avoid disruptive infl uences 

such as sunlight, heating elements, etc. The MINI Logger can be mounted easily with the wall 
bracket. Screws, and anchor are provided with each MINI logger.

3.3  INTEGRATION OF THE MINI LOGGER

Log into the RMS. Select 

Extras > Setup > 

Devices > New >  Wireless Device.

Follow the instructions given by the 
software.

5 MAINTENANCE

The battery needs to be replaced occasionally in dependence on the logging interval. Rotronic
further recommends annual calibration of the device.
